ABOUT US

the what, the why, the how, the who...

We started graeseed with a simple vision to take a chance on others by enabling as many tech talents get access to funding on their learning journey. Having experienced some gaps and limitations in our different learning journey, we decided to bridge that gap for others on their learning journey as well.We run a self-guided learning program which means we don’t teach or have instructors but talents are expected to source for their learning routes while we provide support through financial resources, accountability, mentorship, etc.Our program is cohort-based which annually spans a period of 4 months each and covers 10-15 (currently) persons in each cohort. These persons go on to learn, collaborate, build and deploy a viable product solution capable of solving an existing problem.Our doors are open to tech talents within the following learning tracks; Product Management, Product Design, Frontend Development, Backend Development and Digital Marketing. We look forward to expanding more learning tracks!So far, we have completed 4 cohorts, funded over 30 talents, and have onboarded a number of talents into our community.For as long as we can create impact, we’d be here!
